Do we need to have done a sprint first?
Usually, or an equivalent piece of work that proved a workflow on your own information. The programme scales what has been shown to work; it does not replace the evidence.
Who owns the result?
You do. The workflows, the foundations, the evaluation sets and the documentation are yours, and the plan includes the capability your people keep.
Can it use Answerable?
Where it fits, Answerable can provide the knowledge environment the workflows run in. If another product or your existing platform is the better choice, we say so and build on that instead.
