Managed Improvement keeps a senior team close to the workflows in use. We run the evaluations, handle model and platform changes, add new workflows from the backlog, tune cost and performance and keep the governance current.
Each month you see what was tested, what changed and what the evidence shows, so the system keeps earning its place.

What we need from you
- A named owner who can prioritise the backlog
- Access to the workflows, their evaluation sets and the platforms they run on
Scope and boundaries
- The starting remit is £5,000 a month. It does not imply unlimited availability.
- Cloud consumption and software licences are separate.
- A large new workflow or a new function is scoped separately, as an AI Work Sprint or an AI Work Programme.

Does it cover systems you did not build?
It can, after a short review of how the system works and how it is tested. If the evaluation or the documentation is missing, putting that in place comes first.
Can we stop?
Yes. The remit is reviewed quarterly, and everything we produce, including the evaluation sets and documentation, is yours to keep.
