How do you charge?
Fixed prices where the work can be defined, and a published starting price for each service. Managed operations are priced for each process once it is scoped. Prices exclude VAT and are written into the proposal before work starts.

What do we get from the advice?

How do you know the work has made a difference?
A baseline is agreed before anything changes, and the result is measured against it.
Can we stop after a review?
Yes. A review or a Discovery ends with findings you own. Take them to your own team or another provider. The answer can be “don’t”.
Who does the work?
Every engagement has a named lead, with the people and responsibilities agreed before work starts. Senior people stay close to the architecture, engineering and delivery, so they understand what the advice will take to build and run. Dan remains closely involved in the business and key engagements, with specialists joining where the work requires them.
What do we need to have ready?
For a review, a sponsor, time with the people who do the work and real examples of it. For a sprint, Discovery or a build, access to the people, information and systems involved. We say exactly what before the work starts.
How is the work delivered?
The same way whatever you buy: the TechGuidr Method's three phases, Evaluate, Engineer and Evolve, from an agreed baseline to extending what works. How we work sets out the steps.
Do we have to use your products?
No. We use our own products, templates and tools where they suit you, say so when we have an interest, and build or buy something else when that is the better answer. Any Answerable licence or subscription is agreed separately from consultancy fees.
