A Discovery is how we work that out: we investigate the situation, the systems, the data and the constraints, establish what's actually going on, and give you a clear recommendation on what to do next.
A Discovery can be technology-led, data-led or AI-led, and most cover some of each. The output is a written readout you can act on: what we found, the sensible options with their trade-offs, and what we would do first, sized honestly.
The Discovery is a complete piece of work in its own right. The findings are yours, and there is no obligation to use TechGuidr for anything that follows. If the right next step is a product, another provider or doing nothing, the readout will say so.
