Answerable · TechGuidr product

Your knowledge. Made answerable

Not by a generic chatbot. By an AI working environment built around your information, permissions, domain and workflows.

Answerable is an enterprise intelligence platform. It turns an organisation’s own research, documents and data into answers that cite their sources, so every point can be checked. It is real TechGuidr product, in production and daily use.

The product, working

Watch it answer across four domains

The Tenant & Branding Studio, then legal, engineering, wealth and customer support editions, each answering a question and showing the sources behind it.

How it works

From a question to the source behind the answer

One journey through Answerable Counsel, the legal and regulatory edition, from the opening screen to the source behind the answer. The same pattern runs in every edition.

Capabilities

Much more than chat over documents

What a buyer needs to trust an AI system with proprietary knowledge: the knowledge brought in properly, answers that can be checked and control over who sees what.

Your knowledge, brought in

Proprietary documents and data, ingested and kept current.

  • Ingests proprietary organisational content and data
  • Connectors and a data architecture designed around your sources
  • Configurable chunking for different kinds of content
  • Structured and unstructured knowledge together
  • Separate knowledge collections for different purposes
  • A searchable library of indexed publications, filtered by region, category and author

Answers people can check

Grounded generation, with the evidence on the page.

  • Retrieval-augmented, grounded generation
  • Structured answers, with tables where the question calls for them
  • Numbered citations on each point, and a confidence rating
  • A sources panel with each publication, its author, date and the passage relied on
  • A reader that opens the full source document, tables included
  • Search, summaries and comparison across documents and time

Control where it matters

The right people see the right things, and the system knows its limits.

  • Permissions that follow who may see what
  • Guardrails on what the system will and will not do
  • Custom personas and system instructions
  • Different views for different user contexts
  • Analyst and expert views for review

Configured for the domain

One platform, set up as a separate tenant for each kind of work.

  • Presets for legal, life sciences, engineering, wealth, customer support, markets, STEM and general research
  • Branding, colours, domain taxonomy, search index and system prompts set per tenant
  • Azure AI Search configuration tuned to the content
  • Onboarding and configuration through the Enterprise Onboarding Studio
  • Different knowledge collections for different user groups

In practice

Independent by design

Used where it fits, and only then

In an engagement, Answerable can be the environment a workflow runs in, or a head start on a build of your own. If another product or the platform you already run is the better choice, we say so and build on that instead. Our interest in Answerable is always disclosed.

  2. AI Work Sprint

    from £25,000Typically 4 to 6 weeks

One genuine working workflow, built on your own information: citations, permissions, expert review, evaluation, before-and-after measurement, the integration it needs and a pathway into production.
